Hope is Family.
From the moment you walk into our doors (or hop online), you’re family at Hope. You’ll find a wide-range of ages, interests, and backgrounds here. Many have been here for a long time, and many are new. Most love coffee. A lot of coffee. So we provide Water Street Coffee at all our events, plus hot tea and lemonade for those that don’t like coffee. Dress as you are comfortable! No matter what you’re wearing, you will feel comfortable and welcomed here. Some wear suits, others jeans. Ties to sweatshirts… we run the gamut. We strive to be an all-in, everybody plays community and believe your presence would make us better. We look forward to welcoming you!
What’s Worship Like?
Worship begins at 10am and will last about 65 minutes. You’ll experience powerful worship through song, prayer, and message. Some people sing loudly, others sing more softly. Some sway and throw those hands up, others worship more stoically. Some stand, some sit. All expressions of worship are welcomed here. Our worship band plays meaningful, theologically rich songs both brand new and tried-and-true songs of old.
Our message series are carefully planned, Biblically based, and theologically rich while being easily understandable for all stages of the Christian walk, from “just checking this church thing out” to lifelong Christian. Our series aim to always be grounded in the Word of God, while relevant to real-life issues. Our messages seek to delight, inspire, and challenge our church family towards spiritual growth. Did we mention we love coffee? Feel free to grab some before or during service. We also gather for cookies and coffee after service in our fellowship hall. Curious to learn more? There are plenty of friendly people willing to answer any of your questions, but we also have a Connection Center in which our incredible Connection Team would love to answer any questions you have, give you a free gift (coffee mug, figure that!), and help make your experience a great one here at Hope.
What About Kids?
Investing in our youngest is one of our highest priorities at Hope. Parents and kids alike love our children’s ministries, Hope Littles and Hope Kids. You’ll find our check-in for Hope Littles and Hope Kids right in the central hallway of our building. Hope Littles takes place during the entire worship service, while Hope Kids begins in worship and then heads to their own space partway through.
